Gift Card Help

To Place An Order Using A Gift Card
To use your Gift Card towards an online purchase, enter the Gift Card number and PIN on the Order Review & Payment page at Checkout. A credit card is required.

If applying both an Egift Card and Gift Card towards a purchase, the Egift Card balance will be applied to the order first. You cannot apply a portion of a Egift Card or Gift Card balance to an order. Any unused balances will remain for future orders. In the event backordered items are canceled and a portion of, or all, of your Gift Card amount is being held for payment, that amount will be refunded.

Please note: Gift Cards cannot be redeemed when using Express Checkout. Gift Cards purchased in Victoria's Secret stores in Canada are not redeemable online and may only be redeemed in Canada.

To Check your Gift Card Balance
Enter your Gift Card number and PIN in the Gift Card fields at checkout to reveal your balance and apply it to your order, or call (800) 270-8999.

Secret Reward Help

Enter your Secret Reward in the Gift Card fields at checkout to reveal the value and apply it to your order. Card has no value until the program start date. Any unused balance remains on the card until the end date. See the back of your Secret Reward card for more details.
