Our shipping and handling charges are based on the total dollar amount of the order. These charges have been established to help offset the cost of processing your order while keeping the price of each item as low as possible. All orders are subject to verification.

Express Delivery Services

Express delivery services are available to most areas of the continental United States, for in-stock items only. These services are not available to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Next Business Day Express (add $15.95 to standard shipping charge):

Next day delivery is available for orders placed by 3 p.m. E.S.T. Monday through Friday (To check availability for your ZIP code, please call UPS at 1.800.742.5877.).

2nd Business Day Express (add $10.95 to standard shipping charge):

Delivery within two business days is available for orders placed by 3 p.m. E.S.T. Monday through Friday.

3rd Business Day Express (add $5.95 to standard shipping charge):

Delivery within three business days is available for orders placed by 6 p.m. E.S.T. Monday through Friday.

Saturday Delivery (add $23.95 to standard shipping charge):

Saturday delivery (where available) for orders placed by 3 p.m. EST Monday-Friday (To check availability for your ZIP code, please call UPS at 1.800.742.5877.).

Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories:

Add d$4.95 to above surface shipping and handling charges for delivery within 5-7 business days.

VictoriasSecret.com will handle all merchandise returns and refund claims on your behalf. By waiving and transferring your right to receive the refund of duties and taxes to Victoria's Secret Direct's custom broker, we can refund the duty and taxes quickly and directly to you.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, a delay in the shipment of merchandise may occur due to customs or if an item is temporarily out of stock. If merchandise has not been received within the specified time, contact us at Service@VictoriasSecret.com.

Backordered Merchandise

If items are temporarily out-of-stock, the total shipping and handling charges will be divided up proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that regardless of the number of packages sent out, the total shipping and handling charge will not be increased.
