How We Determine Rates

- Most orders arrive within 4-7 business days for in-stock items; please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes.
- You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.

Standard Delivery
- Order usually arrives within 10-14 business days (for in-stock items only).
- When you place an order with VictoriasSecret.com, you authorize our customs broker to act as your agent with customs and Revenue Canada to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes.
- VictoriasSecret.com will handle all merchandise returns and refund claims on your behalf. By waiving and transferring your right to receive the refund of duties and taxes to VictoriasSecret.com's customs broker, we can refund the duty and taxes quickly and directly to you.

U.S. & Canada Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, due to certain trademark, labeling, product content and embargo restrictions, we currently do not ship all products to all countries. If you have a restricted item in your bag you will receive a message during checkout that lists the restricted item along with specific instructions to remove the item from your shopping bag or change the shipping method or address if applicable. The following list outlines those restrictions:

- Certain beauty products are not available for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and overseas.
- Beauty items must be shipped via UPS and require a street address.
- Beauty products shipping to Canada must be shipped Standard Delivery.
