- Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Victoria's Secret ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs.
- As of May 21 2012, Victoria’s Secret has engaged with eShopWorld (Aramex) to handle the collection of VAT, import duties and/or taxes on our behalf for packages shipping to Ireland, Great Britain, Germany, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Poland, U.A.E. and Kuwait. If there is a Customs charge to pay, you will receive an email from our partner eShopWorld (Aramex) with a link to pay this charge online.

International Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, due to certain trademark, labeling, product content and embargo restrictions, we currently do not ship all products to all countries. If you have a restricted item in your bag you will receive a message during checkout that lists the restricted item along with specific instructions to remove the item from your shopping bag or change the shipping method or address if applicable. The following list outlines those restrictions:

- Certain beauty products are not available for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Mexico, or overseas.
- VS Fantasies™ products are not available for shipment to Belgium.
- For orders shipping to Japan, we are unable to ship more than 24 Beauty products per order.
