Gift Return or Exchange

In store:

For your convenience, you can return or exchange gifts purchased at a store, online or from the catalogue at any Victoria’s Secret store. Simply bring your item(s) to a store near you and we will gladly provide you a refund in the form of a merchandise credit, or complete your exchange. (At this time, returns and exchanges can only be accepted at stores in the U.S. and U.S. Territories.) For a list of store locations, click here.

  

In select stores, a government-issued ID is required for all returns and exchanges. Victoria’s Secret will electronically scan this ID for the sole purpose of preventing return abuse. Victoria’s Secret does not sell the information obtained through this process. To obtain a copy of your store return history, you may contact The Retail Equation at 800-652-2331 or visit their web site at www.theretailequation.com.

By mail:

To return or exchange a gift purchased online or from a catalogue by mail, simply check the box on your Return/Exchange Form attached to the original invoice indicating you are returning a gift and provide your shipping information. If you do not have the original invoice, a printable Return/Exchange Form is available here. You can fill it out online and then print it, or print out a blank form and complete it by hand. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your request. We will gladly send you a refund in the form of a merchandise credit or complete your exchange. If you are exchanging for merchandise of higher value, please include payment for the remaining balance.

Unfortunately, gifts purchased in a Victoria's Secret Store must be returned to a store. For a list of store locations, click here.
